I have worked professionally as a graphic designer since 2004. My degree in Design and Business from Arizona State University and my professional design experience have prepared me to approach each project with an interdisciplinary mindset. This way of thinking allows me to see the full scope of the task at hand; I have the eye and skill for detailed design work, while simultaneously understanding the ultimate needs of the business.
I have spent the last three years at Criteo developing and evolving robust style guides and symbol libraries for the Criteo Sponsored Products, and Travel Ads platforms. I work closely with both product teams to design, prototype, and prepare new feature sets for development. Previously I worked as the brand manager for Enovate Medical. I oversaw the overall look and message of everything from the design of the product to the materials that support it. I managed a creative team that developed marketing materials including, but not limited to, print, video, multimedia, user interface design, web, and 3D renderings. In 2014 the company went through a merger which provided me with a clean slate to rebrand the company’s identity and develop a brand new website.
In my free time, I am continually recording and touring with my band. I thrive on learning new things and am always attempting to learn new skill sets. Whether it is taking online skills courses or teaching myself electronics to build my own guitar effects pedals. Combined with my continued freelance work with start-up businesses and local Michigan bands, my curiosity, and passion for design help me stay fresh and generate cutting-edge and creative ideas.
